Utah's Green River is legendary for it's beautiful scenery, intense cicada hatches, and world's largest number of trout per mile. A three-day trip to the Green has long been the final exam for students in BYU's fly fishing class, so when I was helping to teach the course, I chose this Green River Rainbow with its distinctive orange belly as the basis for the BYU fly fishing logo.
